If the Commission has convinced by the application of any person with proof or received information from different sources that mistake in large scale have been occurred or fake Voters Identity Cards have been distributed in any election constituency or ward of Village Development Committee or Municipality within it, in course of
distribution of Voters Identity Card, the Commission may cancel such Voters Identity Card and issue an order for redistribution of Voters Identity Card.
